Overview

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Inside Sales & Marketing teams within the Americas region including United States, South America, and Canada.  The Sales Administrator can expect to interact with end-user customers and channel partners as well as several other teams across the organization. 

 

The Inside Sales Administrator will work as part of a team to efficiently and proactively support team members in their goal of helping the Americas Sales Team to reach their sales targets, provide administrative assistance with campaigns, and also to provide excellent customer service to KEMP partners and end users alike.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Inside Sales & Marketing teams to support sales and marketing activities within the assigned territories
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer data and other records within Salesforce.com
  • Working in conjunction with the Sales operations team, help to maximize Support Renewal & Trade-Up revenue by maintaining databases
  • Routing of leads, voicemails, and emails to the appropriate sales region
  • Liaising with the Sales Operations/Operations and Finance teams to deliver data/reports as required
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide regular reports based on the relevant activities of the role
  • Proactively maintain information depository for Operations and Sales team library on SharePoint
  • Assist with SKU and part number management interfacing with distributors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business major preferred)
  • 1 year experience in a support/administrative role preferably on a sales team
  • Confident, energetic and dedicated
  • Excellent customer service & organizational skills
  • Highly detail oriented and process driven – data entry and manipulation will be central to the role
  • Fully proficient in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM use) a distinct advantage
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining accuracy under pressure
