In a collaborative environment, the Network Support Engineer provides technical assistance for KEMP’s LoadMaster family of products to customers and partners.


Engineers are expected to provide accurate support for a wide range of topics including configuration, troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and application delivery. Technical support is delivered by phone, email and through remote screen sharing tools using a variety of troubleshooting tools and techniques. Engineers are required to follow through on technical issues until they are resolved.


All engineers are required to provide professional written and verbal communication to customers within expected service level response times.


As a member of the APAC Management team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales performance of the Asia region including South East Asia, Japan, Greater China, and India Sub Continent.  The Regional Sales Manager role is a hands-on role holding direct responsibility for some territories (currently Japan and Greater China) and managing a small team who is currently managing the South-East Asia Region.  The Regional Sales Manager will act as the lead person for the region.


Key to success will be the ability to develop relationships and leverage the channel, including account planning and lead generation with partners; as well as building relationships and developing opportunities with partners by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of KEMP ADC solutions.  Supported by inside sales, sales engineering and marketing, this role will need to focus on core markets rather than a broad approach.  The Regional Sales Manager will need to target suitable markets and segments on which to focus resources.


Job goals/expectations:

  • Expertly manage a small team in South East Asia with direct responsibility for sales execution in Greater China, Japan, and other parts of Asia
  • Effectively create regional sales plans and forecast revenues while reliably contributing to the Asia Pacific team
  • Operate independently in a remote region with limited supervision

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for outside & inside sales/channel development, supporting the Territory Sales Manager.  KEMP’s sales focus is a channel-centric sales model, however the Territory Account Manager will interact with both direct end-user customers and reseller partners.  


The individual will be responsible for Account/Channel Management supporting territories within Asia Pacific.  The Territory Account Manager will be expected to attain a revenue target associated with the accounts he/she owns and manages. Revenue will be derived from new product sales, sales of professional services and subscription services.


The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Inside Sales & Marketing teams within the Americas region including United States, South America, and Canada.  The Sales Administrator can expect to interact with end-user customers and channel partners as well as several other teams across the organization. 


The Inside Sales Administrator will work as part of a team to efficiently and proactively support team members in their goal of helping the Americas Sales Team to reach their sales targets, provide administrative assistance with campaigns, and also to provide excellent customer service to KEMP partners and end users alike.
